I chose the trusty Medela Pump In Style Advanced (PISA) through my insurance plan, because it was what I used with daughter #1 - I already had all the spare parts and accessories, and it worked marginally well enough. I planned to pump 4 times a day to replace the 4 feedings I would miss. (She’s now 15 weeks.) She needs 16 ounces a day, plus a little extra to send to daycare.
